ProcureFlow
ProcureFlow
A procurement management platform with an AI copilot at its centre — one that records, approves and analyses purchasing activity under human supervision, alongside the full purchase order, vendor and budget tooling.
The centrepiece of ProcureFlow is an AI copilot. It works alongside the procurement team the way an assistant would: it records purchase orders and vendor details, prepares and routes approvals, and analyses spend against budget, answering questions about what has been bought and from whom. Every action it takes is under human supervision — nothing is recorded, deleted or approved without a person confirming it first — so the platform speeds the workflow up without ever taking the decision out of the team's hands.
Around that copilot sits a complete procurement platform. Purchase orders run end to end, from request to approval. Vendors, contacts and their history are held in one place. Budgets are tracked with spend visible against what was planned, and real-time dashboards and reports keep the whole picture current.
It is organised as a Turbo monorepo, with the API, the front end and shared libraries kept separate so they can be built, tested and scaled independently. The front end is Next.js with React 19, styled with Tailwind and built on accessible Radix UI components, with TanStack Query for server state and Recharts for dashboards. The API is NestJS on TypeScript, using Drizzle ORM against a Neon serverless Postgres database, JWT authentication with JWKS-RSA signing, Swagger documentation, Helmet and rate limiting, and AWS S3 presigned URLs for file uploads. Email runs through Resend, and the codebase is covered by Jest tests with ESLint and Prettier keeping the standard consistent.
