Systems that run when nobody is watching.

Infrastructure

2025

Xuremi Net hotspot billing

Xuremi Technologies

A hotspot billing system with MikroTik RouterOS integration, self-hosted captive portal and M-Pesa payment.

Procurement

2026

ProcureFlow

ProcureFlow

A procurement management platform with an AI copilot at its centre — one that records, approves and analyses purchasing activity under human supervision, alongside the full purchase order, vendor and budget tooling.

Professional services

2026

Private AI over internal documents

Meridian Advisory

A firm that could not send client records to a public AI service. We deployed Smart RAG on their own servers so staff get cited answers from the firm's documents, with nothing leaving the network.

Agriculture

2026

WhatsApp collections with M-Pesa settlement

Greenfield Agro

An agribusiness collecting payments from several hundred smallholder farmers. We built a WhatsApp flow on the Xuremi Pay rails — pay over M-Pesa, get an instant receipt, and reconciliation that runs itself.

Mining

2026

Satellite monitoring of mining activity

TerraView Resources

Near-real-time satellite imagery over a large concession — which sites are active, which are growing, and which appear where they should not, each with a place and a date attached.

Insurance

2026

Reading paper claims into the system

Coastline Insurance

Claims and policy documents arriving as scans and photos of paper forms. We deployed the AI document reader to extract the fields and load them into the core system, with a review queue for anything uncertain.

Retail

2026

A support desk that answers both channels

Zawadi Retail

An online retailer answering the same questions all day on the website and on WhatsApp. We put AI Desk in front of both channels, with clean handoff to a shared inbox when a conversation needs a person.
